The location of this hotel was perfect as it was very close to the wedding venue we were attending. We also enjoyed the entertainment provided by the interesting selection of animals.
The cleanliness of the hotel was not up to our standards. the room we stayed in was shabby and in need of proper maintenance.

The location in the conservatory for the ceremony was beautiful, with plenty of natural light and a lovely view of the surrounding gardens. When we arrived at the restaurant, we were once again greeted by friendly staff who made us feel welcome. The restaurant, which also serves as the bar at night, had a cozy atmosphere and the food was delicious.
The room we stayed in was disappointing. It was outdated and in need of renovation.

Good location and well-priced. The staff were polite and helpful. There was enough food and drink available, and the live entertainment was enjoyable.
Our chalet was grimy and the bedding needed updating. The shower room was not hygienic and needed a thorough clean.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel near Brigg, and I can't recommend it enough. the value for money was incredible - I got a spacious and clean room with a comfortable bed for just £45! It's hard to find such great prices these days. Secondly, the staff were absolutely lovely. They were friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service throughout my stay. And finally, the breakfast was a real highlight. Served at a convenient time of 8.45am, the food was delicious and made with quality ingredients. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of value, service, and breakfast.
Everything was absolutely fine, nothing to complain about.

The staff was attentive to detail, ensuring that all the edges of the double glazed windows were clean and the rooms were comfortable with a comfortable bed. The location of the hotel, in a safe area, added to the overall pleasant experience. The breakfast was served at a convenient time of 8.45am, allowing guests to start their day off right.
Everything was up to standard.
